The Knit Pray Love Retreat

A few days to slow down, knit, practice, rest, and gather in good company. My retreats bring together the mindful rhythm of knitting, meditation, and the simple pleasure of being together. The time together creates space to step away from everyday life, have good conversations, practice, and reconnect with yourself and others.

About the Experience

Michelle 04.jpg

Is this primarily a knitting retreat?

Yes and no. It is not a classic retreat where you'll be attending workshops or classes on techniques. It is a time to craft together in community and to be lead through experience of crafting as a mindfulness-meditation practice.

Do I need to practice yoga?

No, no yoga experience is needed and you never have to participate in what yoga is offered.

There is mindful movement offered in the retreat to help ease physical tension.

Do I need to be an experienced knitter?

No, all levels of experience are welcome. I've had day one crafter sit beside life-long crafters. This retreat is not about skill it's about mindfulness and community.

What if I do another fiber craft like crochet?

All fiber crafts are welcome!!

I've had crochet, needlepoint, cross stitch, weaving, and spinning in the retreat.
