Knit Pray Love

Knitting and crafting as a practice of presence, connection, and joy.

Mindfulness & Community

Michelle 04.jpg

Knit Pray Love grew from my experience of knitting as a contemplative practice and my love of bringing people together. It's a place to slow down, make something with your hands, connect with others, and explore the surprising ways knitting can become part of a mindful life.

There's Magic in the Making

There is something about the rhythm of knitting—the repetition, the movement of the hands, the attention to each stitch—that invites us into the present moment. Like yoga, knitting can be a practice of paying attention.

But Knit Pray Love isn't just about the stitches. It's about the space around them: conversation, silence, laughter, learning, creativity, rest, and the connections that happen when people gather with a shared practice.
